Why 14 days of diagnosis beat 14 weeks of workshops

Workshops produce slides. Diagnoses produce leverage. The difference between consulting theater and real clarity.

Classical consulting sells weeks. They want you to stay long — because their business model is built on day rates. The longer the workshop, the fatter the invoice.

The problem: workshops are comfort theater. They produce slides, not decisions. At the end of the week you have a deck nobody opens and four slogans nobody implements.

What a real diagnosis does

A diagnosis is reductive. It sorts away until the one thing that truly matters remains. Not "let's look at brand, mind, AI, growth, ads, operations in parallel" — but: what is the single bottleneck currently blocking growth?

We do this in 14 days. Not because 14 is magical, but because:

  • Day 1–3: data room + intake call. We understand your system.
  • Day 4–8: interviews with key people, audit of your funnels, KPIs, sales process.
  • Day 9–12: form hypotheses. We test them against your reality, not against best-practice slides.
  • Day 13–14: The one lever. A sentence, a mechanism, one concrete action.

Why we don't invoice if nothing emerges

Because we are only successful if you scale. If the diagnosis moves nothing — no lever, no clarity, no change — then we failed, not you. The risk is on us.

That's different from classical consulting. There you pay for presence. With us you pay for impact.
